Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up for a Tidal Wave membership. My car was less than a month old, which makes this experience even more upsetting. After nearly every wash, there was a noticeable film left on the vehicle, and the car often still looked dirty afterward. I now also have a mark on my hood that will not come off. Even more concerning, the last two times I attempted to use this location, the car wash was shut down because vehicles were reportedly stuck in the equipment. Seeing that happen with a brand-new car made me seriously question the safety of putting my vehicle through their wash. Trying to cancel my membership was another problem. I called their customer support line multiple times, but the call volume was so high that I could not get through. I also emailed and received no response. When I finally reached a representative named Lamonica today, she was rude and told me she could cancel my membership but would not issue a refund, despite my prior attempts to cancel. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the BBB. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust this car wash with my vehicle,

I was visiting a friend of mine in town and drove from Michigan to see him. Lots of bugs accumulate on the car during drives like that this time of year! I stopped in to get a wash and everything came off! The people at the wash entrance did a really good job using the sponges and taking their time to scrub the bugs off. The worker on the lot named Evan was out restocking the cloths and was very friendly and we made conversation. I wish we had one closer to me…. I’d probably buy a monthly pass…. Highly recommend!!

Tidal wave is by far the best car wash in my area. Way better than Mike's 💯🙏🤷 if a customer has an issue they work as a team to address the issue. Alyssa & Sam we're a great help today.

Stay away truck owners!! Brought my new F150 through tidal wave once after seeing other trucks using the car wash, and was decently happy with the service. It didn't remove much of anything from the grill, but otherwise was happy enough to consider coming back. Second time through a few weeks later, I heard what sounded like scratching while going through the tunnel but didn't see anything on the paint while leaving so didn't think anything of it, till a few days later I noticed the rear view window on the drivers side was scratched deeply in a circular pattern. After bringing it back to the storefront, I was told there was no chance their wash could have done this, and was asked if perhaps I had a child that could have done something while I was not looking. After filling out a claim, it took weeks before I finally heard back, only for them to say the machine did not malfunction so they couldn't do anything. I believe the real issue was rocks or dirt that was stuck to one of the spinners in the tunnel, but the fact it took this long to get back to me and to deny what was clearly something caused by the wash and not some other random event is insulting. The folks who work there are

Trash. Paid $30 for a wash and the car didn't even get cleaned, don't even look like it was even washed. What a scam. I went to ask for a rewash and the girl trying to offer brush claiming that's just dust. It's not dust it's pure dirt that didn't get cleaned! Arguing can't rewash in that ceramic back-to-back because it's not healthy for car, then why sell unlimited plan then to others if it's not healthy? She offered a lower wash which is counter productive to the ceramic wash that I paid for which it'll just wash off the "coating" that was marketed. Either way I was screwed poor customer service what a scam.
